MudyBudy picks up and delivers clothes in the residential societies we serve in Noida, Greater Noida and Greater Noida West.
Where we serve
We serve selected societies, shown in the app. If your society is not served yet, you can still register and we will let you know when we start.
Pickup
- Choose a day and time slot in the app. Our rider arrives within that slot.
- Pickup and delivery are free while our launch offers and plans include them; any delivery charge will be shown in the app before you confirm.
- The rider counts your clothes at your door. You confirm the list with the pickup code in your app.
Delivery
- We usually deliver within 2–3 days of pickup. The status of your order is shown in the app at every step.
- Share the delivery code in your app with the rider only after you receive your clothes.
- If no one is available, we will try again in the next suitable slot.
Delays
Weather, holidays or heavy demand can cause delays. We will keep you updated in the app.
