You can ask us to delete your MudyBudy account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Account → Request account deletion.
- Or email us at info@mudybudy.com from any address, with your registered mobile number.
- Or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98912 46728.
What happens next
- We confirm the request and close your account. Any order in progress is completed first.
- Your name, phone number, addresses and order notes are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- Invoices and payment records are kept only as long as the law requires (usually up to 8 years) and are not used for any other purpose.
- Unused plan clothes and offers are lost when the account is deleted.
